There is no separate quota or daily limit beyond credits; you can use the credits you buy in any of the nine portals at your own pace. Credits are valid for 365 days from purchase. Users with institutional access don't buy credits; usage is deducted from the institution's credit pool.
Does my package auto-renew?
No. Our system does not have an auto-renewal feature. When your package expires, no further charges will be made to your credit card; if you wish to continue access, you need to purchase a new package.
What is your refund policy?
Since Mütercem services are digital and instantly accessible content, no refunds are provided for purchased packages.
What happens when my usage period expires?
When the package period ends, its rights expire. To continue translating and proofreading, renew your credits by buying one of the current packages.
Is there a student or academic discount?
Our prices are standard and affordable for all individual users. For institution-wide access, contact your library or the relevant unit.
